The digital terminal height device can meet the terminals within 8 mm. The measured value is directly transmitted to the machine or server and compared with the target compression height. If the measured value deviates from the target value or does not measure the height, the machine can’t process to the next production. All measurements are provided on the WPCS interface.
At present,This device can connect with most manufacturers' automatic machine (As like Komax, Schleuniger, THB, etc.), as well as connect with production software. Before measuring the terminal pressure height, it is impossible to print the corresponding kind of cards, and continue some secondary verification functions later, so as to reduce on-site inspection personnel.
