Function
1. It is a kind of automatic wire harness tape winding machine, suitable for encapsulating, fastening, insulating, marking and labeling.
2. Reduce 50% working time compared with the original manual insulation tape winding, the running time is about 1.8s.
3. The sticky tape can save more than 80% cost compared with the heat shrink hose and plastic cap, tape consumption can be estimated.
4. Deal with the welding and crimping point under the condition of no force.
5. Can set up the tape wrapping layers, detect the outside diameter of wire harness automatically, calculate the tape length to reach by the setted layers.
